Baked wild salmon and tiger shrimp in honey mustard sauce

This is another one of my fiance’s favorite. He liked it so much that I made it twice in one week!

This is a super easy recipe that I also learned online.

Ingredients: salmon filet, shrimps, olive oil, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, dried parsley, dried thyme, butter, honey, Dijon mustard, fresh dill.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Drizzle olive oil on the salmon filet, then add salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, thyme. Put it on a baking tray (no aluminium foil needed). Repeat the process with the shrimps. Also place on the same baking tray.

To make the honey mustard sauce, we will need:

  • 4 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon finely diced garlic
  • freshly chopped dill (I used 1/3 of the package they sell at the store)

Combine all the ingredients above in a mixing bowl and spread evenly on the salmon and shrimps. Pop the tray into the oven and bake at 400 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes (you don’t want the seafood to be overcooked). Enjoy!
